Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to ensure the execution of product actions, for example:- pullbacks, consolidations, and repricing, to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have engaged team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift to be eligible for this post.
- They’re also appointed to monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for the guests working at this post.
- People are also accountable for participating in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- They’re appointed at this post to address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development by providing direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences working at this post.
- Applicants also also required to contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a high school diploma/GED/equivalent or above and must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
- They must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods to be eligible for this post.
- People must have 1 year of work experience and must attain some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish work working at this post.
- They must attain some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others to be eligible for this post.
