Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for restocking shelves and display areas.
The candidate will be required to price items using stamp or stickers according to price list.
The candidate will be required to obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
The candidate will be required to ensure that the store is clean, safe and in order.
The candidate will be required to direct customers to location of articles sought
The candidate will be expected to keep track of computerised stock inventory.
The candidate must be able to operate an electric palette jack.
The candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service
The candidate will be expected to keep track of incoming stock.
The candidate would be responsible for unpacking products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
The candidate will be required to provide bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery
The candidate would be responsible for performing general cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping floors.
The candidate will be required to carry customer’s purchases to parking lot and pack orders in customers’ vehicles.
The candidate will be required to work closely with Store Manager and Produce Manager to ensure the success of the department through excellent customer service.
The candidate will be required to greets shoppers, answers questions, and helps them find products.
The candidate will be required to follows written and verbal instructions from managers.
The candidate would be responsible for stocking produce and rotating fresh fruit and vegetables.
The candidate will be required to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
The candidate must ensure that all produce is fresh and safe to eat.
The candidate would be responsible for removing produce that shows signs of spoilage.
The candidate would be responsible for setting up, maintaining and deconstructing product displays.
The candidate will be required to maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.
The candidate would be responsible for following health regulations and safety standards.
The candidate will be required to performing any additional duties assigned by the store manager.
The candidate would be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns in timely fashion.
The candidate will be required to process customer orders in accurate and professional manner.
The candidate would be responsible for creating warm and safe environment for customers and store employees.
The candidate would be responsible for handling large volumes of customers in cheerful and friendly manner.
The candidate will be required to maintain knowledge of products and operations of all produce departments.
The candidate would be responsible for preparing store displays and ensure that products are accurately labeled.
The candidate will be required to identify and dispose all produce, which is no longer suitable for sale.
The candidate must ensure compliance with store policies and regulations.
The candidate will be required to manage housekeeping and handling activities of produce area.
The candidate would be responsible for reporting suspicious activities in the store to appropriate authorities.
The candidate will be required to works hand in hand with the produce department manger, store director, and fresh cut associates to achieve standard maintenance, and supersedes customers expectation.
The candidate will be required to build positive work environment to achieve store goals.

The candidate should be fluent in English language
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Candidate having experience is an asset
The candidate should be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
