Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for completing sales transactions.
- The candidate will be responsible for keeping the shop and warehouse clean.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing routine clerical duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering materials.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate must provide information on available materials.
- The candidate must calculate the cost of orders.
- The candidate will be responsible for completing and processing international purchase orders.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining purchasing files, reports, and records.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing purchase orders.
- The candidate will be responsible for processing purchases.
- The candidate must resolve delivery and other issues with suppliers.
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing requisition orders to ensure their accuracy.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining an inventory control system.
- The candidate must verify stock availability from current inventories.
- The candidate will be responsible for compiling inventory reports.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control.
- The candidate will be responsible for disposing of and accounting for outdated stock.
- The candidate must communicate with Canada Customs.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock rotation.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.
- The candidate will be responsible for packing items for shipment and distribution.
- The candidate will be responsible for reconciling physical inventories with computer counts.
- The candidate must record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using a computerized or manual inventory system.
- The candidate will be responsible for unpacking the goods received.
- The candidate must verify receipts and packing slips.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be reliable.
