Job Description 

  • Candidates working at this post are required to enhance community safety by monitoring and enforcing the conditions of court orders applied for this post.
  • They’re also required to assess criminogenic and other risks and needs and develop and implement offender case management plans to address those needs applied for this post.
  • Applicants working in this post are required to liaise with victims and build relationships with diverse criminal justice system partners and stakeholders such as police, courts and community agencies applied for this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a dedicated degree in social work, psychology, sociology, and criminology to be eligible for this post.
  •  People must attain the ability to travel regularly to remote locations by air and the ability to stay overnight in remote locations.
  • They must attain demonstrated counselling and motivational interviewing experience to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have relationship-building skills to counsel, and provide offenders with guidance and support.
  • They must attain the ability to develop, implement, monitor, update and evaluate offender-focused case management to be eligible for this post.
  • People must attain dedicated experience in the delivery of structured individual and group interventions to be considered an asset for this post.
