Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for advising the press crew on product specifications and material requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible for mounting plates or cylinders and making any necessary adjustments.
- The candidate must review job orders to determine production time, colour sequence, and quantities required.
- The candidate will be responsible for filling ink fountains and controlling color and viscosity.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up the press and operating it at a slow speed to check the samples.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring regular press runs for quality using a computer-controlled console.
- The candidate must remove and clean the plates and cylinders at the end of the press run.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting in-line binding and finishing equipment.
- The candidate must direct the press crew to set up, operate, and shut down the press.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
