Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for mounting plates or cylinders and making any necessary adjustments.
• The candidate will be responsible for preparing production schedules.
• The candidate will be responsible for filling ink fountains and controlling color and viscosity.
• The candidate must plan production methods.
• The candidate must estimate costs.
• The candidate will be responsible for setting up the press and operating it at a slow speed to test samples.
• The candidate will be responsible for instructing apprentices.
• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring regular press runs for quality using a computer-controlled console.
• The candidate will be responsible for removing and cleaning the plates and cylinders at the end of the press run.
• The candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting in-line binding and finishing equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for directing the press crew in setting up, operating, and shutting down the press.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
