Job Description
- Candidates will lead the development and implementation of a city-wide reconciliation audit to ground decolonization.
- Candidate develops, coordinates and implements all aspects of the public consultation.
- Candidate leads the task force and special committees.
- Candidates will also perform review and analyze standing committees and councils.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have lived experience as a first nation, inuit or Métis person.
- Candidates must have experience in strategy development and policy design.
- Candidates must have extensive experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional policies.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the knowledge of city processes, legislation and policies.
