Job Description
- The candidate has to develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programmes.
- The candidate must design plant layouts and production facilities.
- The candidate will be required to conduct work measurements or other studies.
- The candidate must collect and compile operational or experimental data.
- The candidate must collect and analyse data and samples.
- The candidate must develop manufacturing and processing procedures.
- The candidate must assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
- The candidate must be able to read blueprints and drawings.
- The candidate will be expected to programme machine or equipment controls, supervise production, and inspect processes.
- The candidate will be responsible for training and supervising employees.
- The candidate must supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- The candidate must prepare production reports.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.

- The candidate must have prior experience with process troubleshooting.

- The candidate must be skilled in the development of production processes, the development of facilities and systems, the development of quality assurance programmes, work planning, estimating, measuring, and scheduling, and the development of robotic equipment and systems.
