Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
- The candidate must establish methods for meeting work schedules and coordinating work activities with other work units.
- The candidate will be expected to make recommendations for personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- The candidate will be expected to prepare production and other reports.
- The candidate must recommend measures to increase productivity and product quality.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up machines and equipment.
- The candidate must train employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising plastics processing machine operators.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
