Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for assisting machine operators or assemblers during the manufacturing process.
The candidate will be responsible for transporting materials and tools to and from work areas.
The candidate will be responsible for adjusting the calender rollers for the production line changes.
The candidate must weigh resins, colorants, and other chemicals in accordance with formulae.
The candidate must unload the mixture into a container or conveyor for further processing.
The candidate must place weighed materials in mixing machines.
The candidate will be responsible for operating a mixing machine to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity level.
The candidate must follow the formulation card to mix resin batches for the injection moulding process.
The candidate will be responsible for changing dies on extruding machines in accordance with production line changes.
The candidate must assist in operation, repair, and maintenance.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality of materials produced.
The candidate will be responsible for trimming and sanding plastic or fiberglass parts.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing and changing moulds, as well as adjusting equipment for a production line change.
The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the inventory.
The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating calender machines that transform plastic bales or slabs into continuous sheets or films of a specified thickness.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
The candidate should be reliable.
The candidate should be a good team player.
The candidate should be dependable.
