Job Description 

  • Candidates appointed at this post to participate in community engagement activities and participate in the infill housing site plan approval process working at this post.
  •  Applicants accountable at this post to review basic plans and pool permit applications.
  •  Candidates who applied for this post are appointed to support the business planning process for the Department and other organizational innovations working at this post.
  • Applicants who applied for this post are appointed to prepare memos, briefing notes and comments as part of internal reviews and other work at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have graduated from a recognized University/College program such as Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Geography or any related field to be eligible for this post.
  •  They must have to be eligible to obtain professional designation for example:- OPPI, RPP, OAA.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated general knowledge of provincial and municipal regulations and policies to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have good interpersonal skills along with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • They must have prior experience in leading or supporting large projects and demonstrated project management skills.
  • People must attain dedicated experience in working with financial information to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants are appointed to prepare responses to Councillor, public and internal stakeholder inquiries.
  • Candidates are required to attend preliminary meeting consultations and conduct site plan and architectural plan reviews working at this post.
