Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to lead, direct and manage staff to ensure the effective use of HR resources.
- They are also appointed to maximize performance by selecting, developing, mentoring and sustaining a high level of expertise among staff.
- Candidates are accountable for provisioning and managing contracted resources as required.

Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated university degree in electrical and electronics to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be proficient in outside plant technologies and design. This includes fibre, copper, DSL and FTTX Design.
- Candidates must attain dedicated knowledge and experience in conducting and analyzing economic studies.
- They must attain good communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to influence and deal effectively with others.
