Job Description
- People who applied for this post must participate in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations, which is required of a team player working at this post.
- They’re appointed to this post for maintaining clerical organization, filing prescriptions, invoices, reports, correspondence and memos and completing any administrative support functions assigned working at this post.
- Applicants who applied for this post are also required to assist with OTC Operations and ordering, stocking, and cashier duties as assigned by the OTC Manager and Pharmacist working at this post.
- People who apply for this post must also maintain a clean/safe work environment as part of the team approach.
- They’re also required at this post to maintain and clean packaging and dispensing equipment, computers, fax machines, etc.
- Candidates working in this post are also required to assist Pharmacists in maintaining appropriate stock levels of drugs and supplies and checking for and pulling expired medications working at this post.
Work setting
- They’re appointed to this post for measuring & preparing appropriate products, labelling and organizing for pharmacist checking, and gaining necessary approvals for verbal refills working at this post.
- Applicants who apply for this post must perform computer functions as directed by the pharmacist, such as data entry, price check, patient information entry/update, etc.
