They’re responsible for inventory management and support procurement for Central Pharmacy Services located in Mississauga. They’re also responsible for carrying out daily inventory tasks related to inventory management, including, but not limited to placing Orders, maintaining MSLs, receiving orders, and investigating discrepancies.

Job Description
- Candidates will have to review clinical and operations initiatives to determine inventory needs, taking into account current on-hand inventory and the required lead times to ensure Central Pharmacy Services can execute on initiatives.
- They’re also appointed to actively seek out opportunities for improvement within the scope of Inventory Management to meet performance, quality and financial targets.
- Candidates will also have to partner with the operational site and other teams to ensure effective resolution of all inventory-related issues.
- Candidates will also have to maintain proper storage of medications within the pharmacy according to 5S principles.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a high school Diploma to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain 2-3 years in Pharmacy inventory management.
- They must attain In-depth knowledge of MMS and HealthWatch.
- Candidates must be creative problem solvers and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- They must attain the ability to work with a high degree of detail and accuracy while adapting to multiple priorities.
- Candidates must attain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work setting
- They must attain strong skills in MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
