Job Description
- Candidates applying for this post are required to prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely to patients working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to ensure medication and over-the-counter supplement inventory levels are adequate to meet patients’ needs.
- People applied for this post are appointed to provide timely and positive resolutions to patients’ needs and Doctor’s requests/issues working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy working at this post.
- People appointed at this post are required to provide ongoing training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues like technicians, interns, students, and IPGs working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must have strong problem-solving skills including experience formulating and executing action plans to be eligible for this post.
- People applying for this post must have strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or the KROLL Pharmacy Computer system.
- They must attain excellent leadership and performance management skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates working in this post must attain the ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates working in this post must have a bachelor of Science, in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism to be considered as an asset for this post.
