Job description
- Candidates provide timely and positive resolution to patient’s needs and Doctor’s requests/issues.
- They review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy.
- They provide on-going training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues.
Job requirement
- Candidates must complete a Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists licence.
- They supervise customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
- They must have leadership and performance management skills.
- They must have the ability to build the business using community based marketing strategies.
Work setting
- Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- They must have strong problem solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans.
- They must have strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy Computer system.
