Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to handle the key point of contact for patients enrolled in the support program and prescribing physician, if applicable.
- Candidates are also appointed to conduct welcome calls to gather relevant information, introduce patients to the support program, and obtain patient consent as required.
- Candidates will have to ensure coordination of program services to patients in an effective manner resulting in prompt and continued access to therapy.
- Candidates will also have to maintain an expert level of knowledge of reimbursement mechanisms in the public and private arenas, specifically within the assigned territory.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain dedicated working experience as a patient care specialist to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain decent communication skills and interaction skills.
- Candidates must attain a friendly attitude and knowledge of English and French.
- Candidates must be good at interacting with patients and make them feel comfortable.
