  • To prepare baked items such as cookies, bread, and cakes, the candidate will be required to measure and combine materials, as well as use mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for decorating and displaying completed products.
  • The candidate will be expected to test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that they meet food safety and quality standards.
  • The candidate will be responsible for gathering client information and ensuring that deliveries are completed correctly and on time.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and restocking workstations, as well as ensuring that all equipment is sanitised and ready for the next shift.
  • The candidate must keep spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and using proper quantities and rotating products.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all baked goods are properly stored and packaged.
