Job description

  • Candidates at this post are appointed to provide planning assistance and support working at this post.
  • Applicants are also appointed to provide direction to minimize customer disruptions in the deployment of operational recovery initiatives working at this post.
  • Candidates at this post are also appointed to coordinate with operational stakeholders on the passenger re-accommodation process by identifying affected flights, and protection opportunities and assigning action working at this post.
  • Candidates are also required at this post to coordinate within the Planning Unit additional flying, diversions, and other special operations to protect and enhance the customer experience working at this post.
  • Applicants at this post are appointed to identify and protect mission critical flying at this post.
  • Applicants at this post are accountable for initiation and oversight of the emergency response lock-out process working at this post.
  •  Candidates for this post are appointed to provide shift coverage as required for the Manager, Passenger Movement, to ensure the function is staffed working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • They must have completed post-secondary education in a related field to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must attain the ability to work different shift patterns, including weekends, and holidays to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must attain a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience preferably with an airline.
  • Applicants must have prior knowledge in Altea CM, Inventory, Netline, Microsoft, and Communicator applications considered as an asset for this post.
  • Applicants for this post must have prior excellent verbal and written skills.

Work setting 

  • They must have a dedicated fundamental understanding of Airline operations, within a network carrier to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain a sound understanding of passenger accommodation, and protection to be preferred for this post.
