Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to communicate effectively, solve intermediate-level problems and assist with basic research needs.
- They’re also appointed to answer telephone, keys data, files, etc working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel and also appointed to prepare and coordinate information for internal use and distribution.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to prepare and maintain departmental calendars and schedules.
- Candidates are also appointed to coordinate departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties.
- They’re required to perform various other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Shift gets started from Monday to Friday starting at 10:00 pm and ending around 3:00 am depending on operational needs.
Job requirement
- Candidates must acquire a high school diploma, GED, or International equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain dedicated data entry skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain effective oral or written communication problem-solving and time management skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience in Microsoft Office to be eligible for this post.
