Job Description

Job requirement

  • Candidates who applied for this post must attain the ability to be designated as Park Warden and meet and maintain the ministry certification criteria and standards in Force training.
  • Applicants applying for this post must have a valid class ‘G’ driver’s licence or equivalent, as recognized by the Province of Ontario to get preferred for this post.
  • They must have prior working knowledge of resource management principles, policies, and practices applicable to parks to be preferred for this post.
  • Candidates applying for this post must have prior knowledge of parks programs, services and operating regulations and demonstrated ability to interpret, apply and enforce relevant acts and regulations to be considered as an asset for this post.
