Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to supervise, Coach, and motivate warehouse staff.
- They’re also appointed to maintain staff schedules- work and vacation coverage to ensure optimal operational coverage.
- Candidates who applied for this post are responsible for monitoring employee hygiene, and GMP Practices are being followed according to SOP and Brand standards.
- They’re also responsible for ensuring all Health and Safety Regulations and Requirements are being followed and met daily working at this post.
- Applicants are also accountable for ensuring the Sanitation of all Red trays, Blue trays and wire baskets for days of production.
- Candidates are accountable at this post to monitor pick and pack staff Labor hours to minimize overtime working at this post.
- They’re appointed to follow up and communicate with stores about shortages and overages and are also required to perform Pre-Operational and Operational Inspections of Pick and Pack coolers.
- They’re also appointed to inspect products that are sandwiches, produce, meat products, and dry products before picking packing and returning any rejected product to the production department.
Job requirement
- Candidates must demonstrate above average Problem-Solving skills to provide solution-focused outcomes within the packing team.
- Applicants must have a minimum grade of 12 or equivalent, along with dedicated relative experience, to be eligible for this post.
- People applying for this post must have lead Hand skills and experience along with communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must have demonstrated leadership working in this post.
Work setting
- Candidates are accountable for monitoring inventories and supplies and report any shortages, short dates and damaged products to the Production Supervisor.
- They’re also appointed to delegate daily packing assignments for CDC and DSD operations working at this post.
