Job Description
- Applicants working in this post are responsible for ensuring all Health and Safety Regulations and Requirements are being followed and met daily.
- Applicants who applied for this post must demonstrate average Problem-Solving skills to provide solution-focused outcomes within the packing team working at this post.
- Applicants at this post are required to ensure Sanitation of all Red trays, Blue trays and wire baskets for days of production working at this post.
- They’re required at this post to monitor pick and pack staff Labor hours to minimize overtime.
- They’re appointed at this post to follow up and communicate with stores shortages and overages working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are appointed to perform Preoperational and Operational Inspections of Pick and Pack coolers working at this post.
- Candidates at this post are also appointed to inspect products like sandwiches, produce, meat products, and dry products before picking packing and returning any rejected product to the production department working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants for this post must have a minimum grade of 12 or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have prior relative experience along with lead hand skills and experience to be preferred for this post.
- They must have superb communication skills to be eligible for this post.
Applicants must be able to hold leadership experience and skills along with the ability to effectively train other team members.
Work setting
- Candidates who have applied for this post are responsible for updating MSDS every month and attending the Health and Safety Meetings Monthly.
- They’re also appointed to perform Weekly Swab Product Testing and send samples to designated laboratories for testing working at this post.
