Job Description

Candidates working in this post are required to communicate effectively, solve intermediate-level problems and assist with basic research needs.
They’re also required to answer telephone, keys data, files, etc working at this post.
Candidates working in this post are required to prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
They’re required to maintain accurate information on daily reports for district-wide distribution working at this post.
Candidates for this post are required to answer gate calls via radio or telephone working at this post.
Candidates are also appointed to perform dispatch duties to provide support to Dispatch Specialists as required.
They’re also appointed at this post to perform various other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.

Job requirement

Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED, or International equivalent to be eligible for this post.
Candidates must have dedicated data entry skills to be eligible for this post.
Candidates must have effective oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills to be eligible for this post.
Candidates must have dedicated experience in Microsoft Office to be eligible for this post.
They get preferred for this post; they’ll get 6 months to 1 year of office support experience.

Work setting

Candidates working at this post will have to perform duties on Monday to Friday starting at 10:00 pm and ending around 3:00 am depending on operational needs.
