Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to verify the proper application of work measurement to ensure accuracy.
- Candidates are also appointed to conduct audits to identify areas and processes not in compliance with standards.
- Candidates are also appointed to discuss and record non-compliant exceptions.
- They’re appointed at this post to develop action plans and obtain management corrective action commitments.
- Candidates are also appointed to assess the impact of long and short-range forecasts on operating plans.
- Candidates are appointed to respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests and utilize various programs to compile statistical reports.
- They’re required to maintain forecasts, operating plans, and tracking spreadsheets for future reference.
- Candidates are also appointed to develop annual staffing projections based on trends.
Job requirement
- They must attain a bachelor’s degree or International equivalent and a Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Engineering or a related field to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain an understanding of operational barriers and failures, and identify or improve designs, methods, processes, and flows through collaboration.
- Candidates must attain the ability to resolve issues related to information systems reporting, report generation, and data integration, write complex queries and create databases to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated industrial Engineering experience to be preferred for this post.
- They must have dedicated experience using advanced Access and Excel functionalities to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must ensure availability to work flexible shift hours, including weekends and travel to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must obtain a valid driving license to be eligible for this post.
