Job Description

- They are also appointed to ensure optimal storage conditions through effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing and store standards within Company policies and guidelines.
- Candidates are appointed to implement new store programs according to Company direction while evaluating effectiveness to achieve successful results.
- They’re also appointed to execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls and maintain quality assurance standards.
- They’re also appointed to oversee safety and operational reviews while ensuring compliance with Walmart policies and procedures and with established safety, security, sales, financial and record-keeping procedures and practices.
- Candidates working in this post are required to anticipate and proactively respond to compliance issues, including total general controls.
- They’re required to support store initiatives to serve the community by participating in and supporting community events and developing relationships with key community groups.
