They will evaluate knowledge and skill gaps, financial budgets, and resources needed to support initiatives identified by internal clients or stakeholders in order to conduct training needs analysis for new and existing training programmes. They will ascertain the proper course material to satisfy these needs in cooperation with unions and stakeholders, taking into account legal. They will create, or obtain training materials in accordance with the findings of a needs analysis.

Job description
- Candidates will through Quality Assurance reviews, makes sure that adult learning principles and good instructional design are in place.
- They will verifiy the content’s performance effectiveness and design through pilot training sessions or iterative testing and review of digital content before it is made available to staff members.
- They will oversees the translation of content to comply with the official languages policy of the corporation.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a degree or diploma from a university or college in a relevant field.
- They should have one to three years of relevant work experience.
- They may require demonstrated experience in the design and development of adult learning programmes, including e-learning.
Work setting
- Candidates must have proven track record in leading training events and projects, e-learning, instructor-led and blended development, analysis, delivery, and evaluation.
- They should have strong computer abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- They need to have excellent analytical, customer service, and communication skills.
