Job description
- Candidates must provide recommendations to the Head Office or/and team leader for changes to the Collection and Delivery Operations programs, processes and policies.
- They must support and monitor accuracy of addressing maintenance activities and quality of data entry in the point of call database.
- They participate in communicating new initiatives, policies and /or programs to the Collection and Delivery Operations community.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a High School diploma or provincial equivalent.
- They should have minimum of 2 years’ of recent experience as a supervisor in Collection and Delivery
- They should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work setting
- Candidates must be able to do extensive travel away from the home office or home region, which may include the need for overnight stays at hotels.
- They must be able to travel to remote areas.
