Job description
- Candidates must have proficient knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, verification, and analyzing of data processing.
- Candidates also have an observation skills of retail operations, and appropriate approval process of meeting.
- Candidates must have respecting obligations of different applicable collective agreements.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have eligibility in analysis and interpretation of data Specially in historical, current, corporate and forecast.
- Candidates have to contribute to preparation for operations plans, and review, analyze operations data.
- Candidates must have a skill of shifting the schedule according to 24 hours corporate strategy for labour efficiency, maintain production and satisfy obligations of appropriate Collective Agreements.
Work setting
- Candidates have to contributes to the budgeting process by forecasting costs for labour resources on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Candidates must have a skill of Schedules employee’s training programs, in collaboration with the Learning and Development Institute, ensuring training schedules are established.
- Candidates must have a knowledge of current methods, tools and technologies for computerized production planning, staffing and forecasting.
