Job description
- Candidates will print and sort reports – such as Warehouse Receiving Detail, Inventory Tracking, 5 Week No Item Movement, Store Clearance Listing, Inventory Adjustment, Detailed Markdown to Zero.
- They will work assigned items from internal task allocation systems.
- They review and work reports – Receiving over 3 days old; NOF/Local Item, Scanning Exceptions, Detailed Markup/Markdown Reports.
Job requirement
- Candidates should process Internal Merchandise Transfer Requests from other departments such as Pharmacy and Over-The-Counter (OTC).
- They must support DSD & Claims as needed.
- They must remain active in preventing shrinkage, ensuring that repaired merchandise is handled properly, ensuring that the return manual is being followed through: ensures that recalled merchandise is processed on time; ensures the UPC Key Controls Checklist is being followed by controlling all UPC documents.
Work setting
- Candidates should have the ability to ensure that the Invoicing key controls checklist is being followed by ensuring timely payments are made for merchandise and services.
- They must ensure that the Accounting key controls checklist is being followed by Replenishment of ATM (banking machine) and Self Checkouts; Daily pick-up processing, identifying long/shorts in the registers and offices, processing Cash Fund Transfers; Researching and challenging all chargebacks; completing TRM procedures; completing bank deposits; preparing and reviewing key reports and reconciling some key journal accounts.
