Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for receiving and forwarding phone or electronic inquiries.
- The candidate must work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases.
- The candidate must be able to send and receive messages.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices and bank deposits.
- The candidate must provide general information to clients and the public.
- The candidate will be responsible for taking photocopies and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- The candidate must perform data entry tasks.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate must file materials in the storage area.
- The candidate must label, file, and retrieve documents.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Work setting
- The candidate must work in an office.
- The candidate must work in the manufacturing industry, a private company, corporation or industry, and the head office.
- The candidate should work in the private sector in any office or work area that is not open to the public in the ordinary course of business except by individual invitation.
- The work environment includes service, the setting, social aspects, and physical conditions under which an employee performs their duties.
Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about Microsoft Windows.
Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have prior experience using a scanner.
