Job Description

  • The candidate shall be accountable for carrying out the administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate would be responsible in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, administer policies and processes pertaining to the release of records.
  • The candidate will be in charge of overseeing and coordinating administrative procedures in the office.
  • The candidate would be in charge of reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate would be in charge of setting work priorities and ensuring that procedures and deadlines are followed.
  • The candidate would be responsible for performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
  • The candidate will be expected to help with the formulation of the operating budget as well as inventory and budgetary controls.
  • The candidate will be required to gather data and write reports, manuals, and communications on a regular and special basis.
  • The candidate would be responsible in assigning work to office support personnel.
  • The candidate should keep the databases in check and update them regularly.
  • The candidate should be able to handle phone calls and all related correspondence.

  • The candidate will be required to oversee the members of the administrative team and coordinate their activities.

  • The candidate will be expected to collect data and create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

  • The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments.

  • The candidate would be responsible for Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, relocating employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires, arranging parking permits for employees, or creating important office forms
  • The candidate would need to adhere to all relevant company procedures and policies
  • The candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • The candidate would be responsible for attending training sessions to improve administrative skills.
  • The candidate would be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • The candidate would be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and outside clients.
