Job Description

  • The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate would be in charge of answering phones and forwarding phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate will be required to respond to electronic enquiries.
  • The candidate will be responsible in ordering office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • The candidate will be responsible for opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, as well as coordinating the flow of information.
  • The candidate would be in charge of set up and maintain manual and computerised data filing systems
  • The candidate would be responsible in typing and proof reading forms and other documents.
  • The candidate will be required to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidate will be expected to devise and implement office procedures and routines.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • The candidate would be in charge of gathering data, statistics, and other information.
  • The candidate would be in charge of reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures.

  • The candidate will be responsible for keeping general office files, such as job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, account receivable monitoring, and budget tracking.
  • The candidate will be required to carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • The candidate will be expected to collect data and create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • The candidate would need to adhere to all relevant company procedures and policies
  • The candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
