Job Description
- Applicants working at this post are required to supervise the day-to-day operation of all assigned staff including the scheduling, assigning and reviewing of work.

Job requirement
- Applicants applying for this post must have a dedicated bachelor’s in Nursing and certification in Nursing Administration to be eligible for this post.
- They must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have considerable experience in geriatric and/or rehabilitation nursing to be eligible for this post.
- They must have considerable experience working with residents with dementia and mental health issues to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must attain the ability to achieve positive clinical outcomes through quality improvement and change management to be eligible for this post.
- They must have prior ability to manage competing priorities and demands in a rapidly changing environment to get preferred for this post.
Work setting
