Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed at this post to receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork.
- They’re also required to develop a physical inventory plan, monitor physical inventories, identify all OS&D, and report or correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Candidates for this post are responsible for quickly responding to customer inquiries, resolving problems, and communicating service issues to the Supervisor.
- They’re also required at this post to compile daily and monthly client reports per SOP, including customer KPI reports.
- Candidates working in this post are required to encourage safe work practices in others, point out areas where safety training and enforcement is needed, and participate in the Comprehensive Health & Safety Program (CHSP) committee.
- They’re also appointed at this post to create shipping labels and other paperwork for parcels and LTL skid shipments.
- They’re also appointed to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system working at this post.
- Candidates are required to stage and coordinate outbound shipments working at this post.
- Candidates are also required to safely operate various power equipment but not limited to, including pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
- They’re required to use RF Scanners to electronically scan barcodes working at this post.
- Candidates working in this post are required to enter inventory into the warehouse management system, verify information accuracy, and perform scheduled processes (
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have dedicated warehouse experience to be eligible for this post.
