- Candidates for this post are required to schedule appointments and arrange for Diagnostic appointments.
- Candidates for this post are also required to update medical records working at this post.
- Candidates for this post are required to contact clients to remind them of required tests, examinations and follow-up consultations.
- Candidates for this post are required to connect with clients via phone, email and in person, supporting continuity of care.
- Candidates at this post are required at this post to provide support for general office administrative functions including medical records management working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service and administrative experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have dedicated medical office experience or healthcare experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must be good at medical terminology and acquire electronic medical record experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must acquire good knowledge of Word, although more extensive computer knowledge along with a typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Candidates for this post must have exceptional organizational and customer service skills to get preferred for this post.
- They must attain the ability to handle and communicate effectively with all clients to get preferred for this post.
