Job Description
- The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.
- The candidate must complete insurance and other claim forms.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the filing system.
- The candidate will be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- The candidate will be responsible for entering and formatting electronic medical reports and correspondence, as well as preparing spreadsheets and documents for review.
- The candidate will be responsible for initiating and maintaining confidential medical files and records.
- The candidate must perform data entry tasks.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
Work setting
- The candidate must work in the clinic.
