Job Description
- Candidates will have to maximize sales and gross profit and also ensure sales goals and budgets are met.
- Candidates are appointed to hire all part-time staff and train new employees.
- Candidates will also have to support and schedule all colleagues ensuring compliance with our scheduling practices and the strict control of wage costs.
- Candidates will have to interpret and administer Company policy and ensure compliance with the Employee Guidelines.
- They’re also responsible for maintaining the condition of all service counters, cake cases, production areas and offices.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, and weekends.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- They must have to accept the responsibility for department metrics, leadership and colleague engagement.
- Candidates must attain three to five years’ experience in the meat/seafood/ retail service industry considered beneficial.
- Candidates must attain dedicated management experience considered beneficial to be eligible for this post.
