Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for performing routine clerical duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities between the warehouse and production units.
- The candidate must coordinate the traffic flow of supplies.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating, investigating, tracking, and completing work orders.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate must prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- The candidate must perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- The candidate must maintain accurate records.
- The candidate must carry out administrative and clerical activities (record keeping, scheduling, etc.).
- The candidate will be responsible for receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic inquiries.
- The candidate must establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
- The candidate must establish administrative procedures.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
