Job Description

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain 10+ years working in systems and or software development with an emphasis on high-integrity systems to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have 3+ years leading software development teams, with a strong preference for experience leading automotive to get preferred for this post.
  • Candidates must have prior experience with employee mentorship, development, and coaching to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have a master’s degree in a related field such as technical and management to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain a minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must have dedicated experience with both Waterfall and Agile processes to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to be eligible for this post.
