Job description

Candidates will establish appropriate controls and validations to confirm systems are functioning.
They will manage key risks including project oversight, resource allocation, coordination with internal resources and third-party service providers.
Candidates will guide, direct, and oversee activities being performed with both internal and external stakeholders.
They work in partnership with business functional areas in the identification, investigation.
Candidates may be required from time to time after hours (24/7/365 days).
They attract, develop, and retain top talent project managers to ensure a high performing PDO.
They will provide regular and ongoing reporting on the status of new initiatives.

Job requirement

Candidates must have a university under-graduate degree or college diploma.
They must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
They must have a minimum 5 years work experience in application development.
They must have strong knowledge and understanding of TSYS options and related change protocols.

Work setting

Candidates must have expertise in interpreting business requirements to translate into the system parameters and technical specifications.
They must have experience integrating vendors to build IT solutions, manage, and deliver projects.
They must have integration knowledge of credit card systems and interfaces.
They must have TSYS TS2 migration project or Canadian credit card launch on TS2.
They must have experience from an IT/PDO lens.
