Job Description 

  • Candidates who applied for this post are required to manage service requests for operations and maintenance support, review work order reports, and ensure regulatory preventative maintenance checks meet the minimum requirements of working at this post.
  • Candidates are accountable to develop shutdown and start-up project schedules and assign responsibilities to staff working at this post.
  •  People accountable at this post are required to identify and prioritize requests for facility renovations, rehabilitations, and equipment and oversee project completion and deadlines working at this post.
  • Applicants are also accountable for providing leadership for demand maintenance work performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors working at this post.
  • They’re accountable at this post to maintain positive relationships with business units, ensure project deliverables meet acceptance criteria, and contribute to various strategies and plans working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have completed a recognized university or college program in a relevant field.
  • They must attain a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in facility management, programming, and administration at a supervisory level to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain experience with compliance, risk management, project management, and quality assurance programs to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have a valid G Drivers License and obtain a clean Driver’s Abstract to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • They must ensure on-call availability 24/7 for emergencies and the ability to handle legislative issues and policy requirements to be eligible for this post.
