Job Description
- Candidates will have to lead the client services in the unit by assisting the provision of general Information.
- Candidates will also have to establish long term strategies and goals, develop policies and procedures, train and coach staff in the performance of their duties.
- Candidates will have to facilitate the support communication of technical and program information into formats.
- Candidates will have to provide knowledge of voluntary and compulsory skilled trade certification policies.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have good leadership skills with the ability to work in a diverse and flexible environment.
- Candidates must acquire a certificate or undergraduate degree in business administration or other equivalent degree.
- Candidates must have 7 years of experience in working in terms of delivering services.
