Job description
- Candidates will perform needs analysis to identify the full scope of training required.
- They will design solutions that leverage the appropriate modes of delivery based on geography, content and logistical constraints.
- They will develop training collateral to standard using the appropriate templates and version/document control management guidelines.ย
- They will ensure training collateral remains current.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have an ability to adapt positively to a changing environment and shifting priorities.
- They must be self-disciplined to work independently.
- They must possess the ability to work collaboratively and influence/ integrate disparate groups toward a common goal.
- They ought to possess experience leading multiple concurrent projects.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to work with external training providers (when necessary) to ensure training solutions are consistent with Loblaw standards and meet the needs of the learner
- They should possess the capability to participate in pilot sessions to determine the efficacy of solution, learner engagement and opportunities for improvement.
