Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to determine in conjunction with associated functions for new or modified reporting solutions and or systems. 
  • They’re also required to liaise with IT on the development of specific major systems or in making modifications to existing ones. 
  • They’re required to work with stakeholders in the development of policies, procedures and performance standards for the operation and maintenance of Corporate Information systems. 
  • Candidates will also have to provide an objective opinion on the performance of the business activity and the effectiveness of control activities. 
  • They’re appointed to act as the representatives on Corporate Committees to review and introduce advancements in office automation into the workplace. 
  • Candidates are also appointed to maintain a continuing review of administrative support systems, and recommend and take action to introduce more streamlined and effective methods, practices and procedures. 

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have completed post-secondary, preferably in a related field or a combination of equivalent professional experience and training. 
  • They must have 3 to 5 years of relevant functional experience and 2 or more years of experience managing people to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have 2 or more years of transforming business requirements into data insights including reports and dashboards. 
  • Candidates must have 1 or more years of experience in a unionized environment and must be proficient in computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs. 
  • They must have experience in business analytics and a solid understanding of analytical and dashboard tools used in the industry for reporting. 
  • They must have excellent team building and leadership skills and experience to be eligible for this post. 

Work setting 

  • Candidates must attain sound organizational, analytical, judgment and decision-making skills with proven abilities in problem-solving.
