Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to identify risks and communicate appropriately with senior management to develop a risk mitigation plan.
- Candidates will also have to ensure business decisions are made in consultation with appropriate representation from all impacted functional areas.
- Candidates will also have to facilitate meetings to keep team members engaged, motivated, and on task.
- Candidates are responsible for managing, supporting and guiding a team of Patient Care Specialists to ensure all Service Level Agreements and KPIs for the client and department are achieved.
- Candidates must have to assist with the operational review, design and implementation of new program opportunities within existing or new client portfolios requiring PCS support.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain 3-5 years’ program management or management experience and 2-3 years in a supervisory/management role with direct reports.
- They must attains demonstrated leadership and outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Candidate must ensure his excellence in assessment, communication, critical thinking and decision making.
- They must attain the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization.
- Candidates must acquire great computer skills, including MS Project and Visio.
Work setting
- Candidates must ensure client-facing experience and a dedicated university degree or equivalent industry-related experience.
