Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to represent the various functional interests of In-Flight Service at varied scheduled meetings and meetings which involve new products and services.
- They’re also appointed to be active participants and provisions of technical support on internal and external quality issues on assigned products.
- Candidates working in this post are responsible for working with the Cabin Crew Managers and ensuring that they are supported from an operational perspective to support front-line staff and ensure compliance with the Official Languages Act.
- They’re also appointed at this post to manage, track, and identify delay trends and develop strategies to mitigate these delays.
- Candidates working in this post are responsible for generating reports for the General Manager, In-Flight Service Operations and Senior Director, In-Flight Service Operations Excellence.
- They’re also appointed to provide leadership and direction to the Cabin Crew Managers.
Job requirement
- They just have dedicated experience in leading a large unionized front-line workforce, including Labour Relations familiarity in a customer-orientated and fast-paced operational environment to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to develop and implement on-time action plans that achieve objectives.
- They must have dedicated experience in leading, motivating and coaching a management team to success.
- Candidates must be focused on continuous improvement and must be creative and innovative thinkers to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and achieve multiple objectives.
- Candidates must be highly adaptable and flexible to support a 24/7 operation with a dedicated university degree.
- They must have dedicated Airline experience and maintain flight attendant qualifications.
- They must attain the ability to travel to be eligible for this post.
