Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to run team meetings and provide timely updates on strategy, team priorities, and topics affecting the business.
- They’re also appointed for supporting the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing special projects with the support of the OCEO team.
- They’re also appointed to manage internal and external communications related to the CEO and the execution of special projects.
- They’re also appointed to review and manage materials and documents related to the execution of high-profile strategic projects and programs, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain minimum 3 years experience in a People leadership role like hiring, managing, and developing employees.
- They must attain experience directly supporting C-suite leadership to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be collaborative and self-starter with a bias to action.
- They must attain superb interpersonal skills and capacity to build relationships and drive cross-organization alignment.
