Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for administering contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
- The candidate must develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for directing the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, as well as overseeing employee training and supervision.
- The candidate must plan and manage the facility’s operating budget.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
