Job Description
- The candidate must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
- The candidate must verify the dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
- The candidate must compute dimensions and tolerances, as well as measure and lay out work pieces.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools.
- The candidate will be expected to examine product dimensions for accuracy and conformance to requirements using precision measuring instruments.

- The candidate should be fluent in French language.
- The candidate must have a Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate should be dependable.

- The candidate must be a quick learner.
Experience and specialization
Measuring tools
- The candidate must have prior experience with micrometers, callipers, and verniers.
Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have prior experience operating conventional, drill presses, engine lathes, and milling machines.
